The inspection takes about three hours. I abide by professional standards and ethics. I get the job done in an efficient, friendly manner. No detail is overlooked.

I know homes. I’ve built and remodeled them for 30 years. I know how to build one from scratch, tear it apart, and put it back together.

I inspect every relevant system in your home. You receive your report as a hard copy and I email it to you in an easily printable format. It’s written in plain English. All reports have color photos for visual documentation.

Your report enables you to make an informed decision about buying or selling your home. If you are a seller it will help you to see your home from a buyer’s viewpoint. If you’re a buyer it can be part of your purchase agreement. It may be requested by a lender.

Your home is affected by many factors: age and quality of original materials, environmental conditions, upkeep, normal wear and tear, etc. I know what to look for, why homes succeed or fail, what buyers and sellers need. I’m impartial.

Your inspection price will vary, depending on the size of your home, its age, and my drive time to your location.
